Varför ska man plugga engelska?

Att plugga engelska är ju självklart, man behöver inte argumentera för det, eller hur? Nästan överallt i världen är det antingen ett nationalspråk eller befolkningen pluggar engelska som andra språk.

Vill du visa att du är utbildad måste du behärska detta språk flytande.

Alltså, i stället för ett resonemang om vikten av det engelska språket kan ni läsa här vad en före detta elev (Axel Dyberg) skrev:

“The school maintains a high standard in the field of English education. This is thanks to dedicated students, skilled teachers and an organised teaching plan. Our students have all the benefits of learning and education, whether they’ve already developed a firm understanding for the language, or they are experiencing difficulties in learning English. However they come, we make sure they get a superb education, and make them ready for the world.

Due to the internationality in our current world, it is vital that we assure students of a proper education. At the Liljeborgschool we have teachers that have experienced several different English traditions, cultures and ways of living. As such, we pupils get a varied and good perception of English. It doesn’t matter if their ambitions are running for economy in England, or perhaps joining an English rugby team they will get help with the language part”
